The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

seems fairly easy to use. I fault PDF filler for one reason. All of the files you can use to fill in are all legal based, when I tried to find a simple grid I was unable to do so, I had to make my own.

Filling PDF files for formal use
The product is very easy to use and intuitive, I didn't feel something was missing from my work with the application, in addition, it's global availability is a great advantage.
The product offer mainly online editing, which makes it hard in case you wish to work on the flight or just go offline, in addition, the free use is not exactly free as it asks for a payment prior the file conversion.

The support system is excellent. I was allowed to converse with an agent within a few seconds. The agent also resolved my query immediately along with suggesting a few options. It was a very good experience.

I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.

How do you comment on a planning appeal?
No-one can comment on a householder planning appeal. Your local planning authority must tell anyone who has commented on the original application ('interested parties') that there's an appeal. They have to do this within 5 working days of the appeal being started by the Planning Inspectorate.
Can anyone comment on a planning application?
Anyone is entitled to comment on a planning application. When a planning application is received all immediate neighbors must be consulted or a site notice put up. Normally, only those neighbors that are within the immediate vicinity of a proposal will be directly notified.
How does a planning appeal work?
Once a planning decision has been made only the applicant can appeal against that decision. Appeals of refusals of planning permission are heard and decided by a Planning Inspector. There is no third party right of appeal for other people who disagree with the local council's decision.
