I had difficult printing what i had written on a PDF. Although customer service was EXELLENT I still could not fully implement their detailed instructions.

I submitted a help ticket and the representatives were prompt in addressing my concerns and quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. Combining two files was relatively easy once I read the How to Guide three times to figure it out. But editing text in the file resulted in a change in the font that was not particularly satisfying and could not be corrected.
