I would like to be able to make sub-folder with in sub-folders. I am going to have hundreds of documents/year, and that would make it easier to organize them.

I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiler for more than 4 years. It makes my pdf documents look professional. There is no longer a need to print a doc, fill it in with pen, scan, and send. PDFfiler reduces the amount of steps I have to take to get the job done. It helps to also have everything saved on the My Docs page. I can find the same tax documents I need month after month. PDFfiler also reduces the amount of paper needed to generate a document. I probably use PDFfiler every day.
What do you dislike?
I would like to be able to turn off the assisted pop-ups. They can obstruct the box I want to enter text.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple to use. Makes your docs look professional and neat. Easy to manipulate a doc that is incorrect.

I fill out every form on PDFfiler. It's automatic to me. In addition, when I am unable to edit a Word doc or other pdf, I know I can upload it to PDFfiler and get the job done right away.

Super Functional Tool
I love how affordable and easy it is to manage, edit and process pdf files. The tool is very secure and includes the ability to email a pdf with a security code for document retrieval.

I would like if I could create boxes easier that were adjustable fields rather than just having a single section.

Very convenient to fill out PDFs
It's a wonderful application and offers convenience.
It alllows you to easily fill out PDFs instead of printing them and doing it manually and dc an I g them back into computer.
Sometimes the alignment can be a little offer when placing where you put the cursor to fill out the pdf.

Why can't I print double sided anymore?
Not all printers have duplex printing capabilities, so you'll need to check your printer manual or contact your printer manufacturer to make sure you can print double-sided. If your printer doesn't double-sided printing capabilities, you won't see the option to adjust it.
Why is my printer not printing double sided automatically?
Step one: Add the Duplex Unit to your printer settings Click Properties, and then click the Device Settings tab. Click the plus sign (+) next to Installable Options to expand the list. Click Duplex Unit (for two-sided printing), and then select Installed from the drop-down list. Click Apply, and then click OK.
How do I turn on print double sided automatically?
Find out whether your printer supports automatic duplex printing Click the File tab. Click Print. Under Settings, click Print One Sided. If Print on Both Sides is available, your printer is set up for duplex printing.
Can the printer automatically print double sided?
Printing on both sides of paper is called duplex printing. Most printers offer the option of automatically printing on both sides of a sheet of paper (automatic duplex printing). Other printers provide instructions so that you can manually reinsert pages to print the second side (manual duplex printing).
