How do I save a PDF in print preview?
Choose File > Print. Click the PDF button or click the down arrow to open the PDF pop-up menu, then choose Save as PDF.
Why does it say Microsoft Print to PDF?
Microsoft “Print to pdf” is a facility for converting files such as word, web pages, excel spreadsheets, etc to pdf documents. It works by appearing as a printer when you want to print a document.
