There are some things that could be more user-friendly or convenient but overall it is very effective and useful as a tool for creating and modifying documents. The "preview document" is never accurate, and the ink looks faded after it is scanned in as a template.

Nice to have It's good to know that you can use something like this to fill out your documents. You can add and fill out any document you want. It can be confusing when you are using it. We are using ours online and sometimes you have to wait to do what you want. I have a feeling that it can be faster.

I didn't realize how much use I would… I didn't realize how much use I would make of this program, or the range of functions that it offers. I just got the free-version at first because I needed a digital signature. But now, as an academic, I find I use it all the time to share and to sign documents: now that everything is online and we have limited contact, this has become more important. I can't say that I've mastered or even noticed all the file features this program offers, but almost every time I use it I discover something new. Well worth the money!

Go to Reports. Choose Report Center. Select Customers & Receivables. Scroll down to the bottom, click Transaction List by Customer.
Choose Reports from the top toolbar in QuickBooks. Click Customers & Receivables. Hit Open Invoices. A full list of open invoices will be displayed on your screen.
Select Custom & Receivables from the Reports tab, then click on Transaction List by Customer. On the report's page, click on the Customize button, so you can filter the report to show just the invoices. Go to the Filter column under the Modify Report window, then search for Transaction Type.
On the left panel, click Reports. Search for Invoice List. Underreport period, click the Month-to-date drop-down and choose Custom. Change the date range to the month of your reporting needs. Click Run report.
Open up the “Reports” menu from the top menu bar. Select “Customers & Receivables” from the drop-down menu, and then click “Open Invoices.” Choose the way in which you would like the invoice report sorted.
Click Reports on the left-panel menu, and search Invoice List. Click the Customize button, and set the Report period. Go to the Filter section, and select Paid in the A/R Paid field. Click Run report.
Click Reports from the left menu. Search for Invoice List. Underreport period, click the drop-down and choose Custom. Change the date range to the month of your reporting needs. Click Run report.
Click Reports, then click Vendors & Payables. Click Transaction List by Vendor. Click Customize Report at the top. Click the Filters tab. Choose Multiple Transaction Types. Put a check mark next to Bill, Bill Payment, Check, and Invoice. Click OK, and then OK.
