I was impressed by all the wonderful features that PDF filler has. I would recommend it to anyone. I use it to fill out the PDF forms that have. I don't generate forms, just need the ability to fill them out and sign them. This works so much better than any of the other services I have tried. (both free and paid)

Easy to fill out. A little slow with the next box catching up. But a good experience. Also, if you needed to fill out a box below, the "Next" box would be in the way.

Working Experience With PdfFiller
i am using this software for about 8 to 9 months. the best thing i found in this software was its feature to send the file online without makuing sure to save first and then send. other feature i liked the most is that i can easily edit the pdf format by using this software. it is really very favorable feature to avoid the conversing to word file for editing.
in my opinion, there must be improvement with the font size of editing text to make it more compatible with text. i face a problem to make the ediding in the same font size . Althorugh, it is same as that of text but it seams different. it makes the file less professional.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

What do you like best?
I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great!

How to Use the Prompt Form Feature in pdfFiller
The Prompt Form feature in pdfFiller is a helpful tool that allows you to easily create interactive forms for your documents. Follow these steps to use the Prompt Form feature:

Open the document you want to add the Prompt Form to in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Form' tab in the top menu.

Select the 'Prompt Form' option from the dropdown menu.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. Click on the 'Add Field' button to start adding fields to your form.

Choose the type of field you want to add from the options provided, such as text field, checkbox, or dropdown list.

Click on the document where you want to place the field. A field will be added at that location.

Customize the field by clicking on it. You can change the field name, set default values, and adjust the appearance.

Repeat steps 5-7 to add more fields to your form.

Once you have added all the fields, click on the 'Save' button to save your Prompt Form.

You can now fill out the form by clicking on the fields and entering the required information.

After filling out the form, you can save it as a new document or download it as a PDF.
