Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. So helpful. I can fill out the form instead of scanning, printing, filling out, and then scanning again so that I can send it back. I did try other programs... this one is by far the very best.

some of the forms are the same but pdfFiller has them in different names. I keep filling out the same form over and over, thinking it's a different one. confusing.

Not much not to like. Spell checker would be nice. though.

After creating a document and saving it, it landed back in the template folder. Have to switch over to documents to access

Still trying to utilize and familiarize with the app, however with my first use of the app, it should be an app that every body should subscribe to because it has more in it than expected.

As good as DocuSign
Allows you to create pdfs that with blanks in order to easily fill out.
There are no free versions, so you pretty much just hope that a business has taken the proper steps to acquire this and utilize it.
