We love how easy this system is to use for all of our real estate transaction documents. Very easy to navigate on a PC / MAC on a great app for your phone! When on the go we find it very easy to upload a contract document to make changes or to obtain a signature. I also use the program to edit any items for personal use as well. I find using the system helps me integrate school documents for my children. It is a great addition to anyone who owns a business and is looking for a nice way to conduct business at home or on the go! I highly recommend the app to anyone and find it very helpful. Definitely put the app on your mobile device! It work fantastic!

this site is awesome, ive seen a lot of programs and sites like this but none compare in quality and non are as user friendly! will recommend this site to anyone working with PDF files!!

Excellent company excellent service
Although when testing the service it did not meet my requirements a month later an annual Bill showed up on one of my payment accounts. This just happened minutes ago and I was up working on a project so I immediately responded. Surprisingly somebody answered the phone at the company. I was able to refer them to my account they could see where I had stopped the service immediately upon testing it because it didn't fit all of my requirements this all happened last month however as a young lady told me the cancellation process takes several steps and somewhere during that process the cancellation was not 100% completed. However she sees where I never utilized the service I did cancel it she immediately moved into action return the payment that was incorrectly processed and was super helpful and super friendly. The Reps name was Sally I am super impressed with not only her but PDF filler because of the fact that they honored my displeasure and something like I said through the process fell through the cracks however I was able to contact them they were able to easily see what was happening with my account and rectify my complaint. I want to vote the company a plus plus because nowadays service is not even a thing anymore it seems rarely can you find a company that stands behind their product and they do so by providing support Saturday morning at 5:00 a.m. LOL so yeah I was super pleased with the service although they did not provide what I was looking for the company still will always be on my good list in terms of consideration in case in the future they do provide the needs that I have. A+ Plus

What do you like best?
Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program.
Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller.
It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved.
What do you dislike?
Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved.
Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.

I love PDF Filler
I love PDF Filler. It took some getting used to but once I figured it, I cant function without it! No printing, no waiting for mail to show up. Turn any document into a PDF, fill it out, signature and all and go straight to Noterize for a 10 minute video Noterization followed by Fax in PDF Filler and ITS DONE! No printing, no scanning, no fax machine, no trip to the bank. and I can store ALL of my business docs safely to be emailed, noterized, faxed, sent by UPS, send to have someone else complete and return, share with multiple people...Even make make your own forms or turn an existing form into a template. Its future times... ACTUAL PAPERLESS SYSTEM! My only issue was the learning curve, It isn't exactly intuitive at first but it also doesn't take too many sessions to really figure it out.

How do you write an affidavit?
Title the affidavit. First, you'll need to title your affidavit. Craft a statement of identity. The very next section of your affidavit is what's known as a statement of identity. Write a statement of truth. State the facts. Reiterate your statement of truth. Sign and notarize.
What is a proof of service affidavit?
The Affidavit of Service, also known as proof of service, is a sworn testimony signed by the process server. It is supporting delivery of case-related papers to one or more parties in a legal matter. It certifies service of a notice, summons, writ, or process.
What does proof of service filed mean?
A proof of service is a court paper filed by a process server as evidence that she served the witness or party to the lawsuit with the court papers she was instructed to serve.
Does proof of service need to be filed?
Once your server fills out and signs the Proof of Service, you must file it with the court at least 5 days before your court date. If you do not have a Proof of Service for each person served, or if the Proof of Service is filled out wrong, the judge may not be able to hear your case.
What does notice of service filed mean?
Service means giving legally required notice to other parties that you have filed papers asking for a court order that may affect them. They want to inform the court that they disagree with what you said or with what you asked the court to order.
How do I get proof of service?
The name of the court in which the action is filed. The case name and case number. The name of the individual to whom the documents were served. A list of each document served. The date and time of service. The manner of service. The location at which the documents were served.
Does a proof of service have to be notarized?
If a notarized affidavit is sign by someone other than the actual affine, it's a crime for the signer and the notary public. Every process server knows that, or should know that. A proof of service is challenging because it must be prepared properly and accurately. It must be signed and attested to.
Does a proof of service have to be signed?
It is only after the fact that those documents had been placed into circulation that the underlying proof of service would be ripe to be signed. Because at that time the service would have been completed. So, every court document you send to opposing counsel should have an UNSIGNED proof of service.
