Useful form creation and library tools
Makes confirming client changes and work ideas more fluid with notifications of form signing. Wide tool set and excellent selection of preexisting forms.
So many forms and flexibility to edit and create and cross share forms with clients, and the addition of the iOS app makes for a great always on solution and current information.
Price is ok, for single users but for larger firms it may be a consideration. So far no other issues

Dont have a printer but can have the forms ready for when i find 1
Was in a tight spot with not having a printer and such. the 1 month free trial with everthing I'm having to deal with right now has help make it slightly easier. I can get everything filled out and have it ready for a printer when I'm able to reach it! Thank you it helped a bunch. all I had to do was google the forms n a link to the form n this website popped up and was able to start filling it out right away. thank you again!

What do you like best?
I like being able to merge documents so easily and correcting documents.
What do you dislike?
That you cannot merge from the first page you have to view all documents in order to select the documents you want to merge

In my industry, we are always on the go so it's nice to have something that is simple to use and meets the needs that I have.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I do not have to go to the office anymore to scan documents when I am submitting an offer. It saves me time and effort.

What do you like best?
I love that PDF Fillers allows me to use me to organize my files into folders. I am able to sort my files and access with ease.
What do you dislike?
I wish the platform would be available a downloadable app for the desktop.It would be easier than logging on to a website.

The pdf filler is get if you really need to get yourself organized. It's also great for signing documents. The pdfFiller also is easy to navigate.

How do you protect yourself from a contract?
Date the contract. Make sure both parties sign the agreement. Initial last minute changes to the contract. Make sure the other party has the authority to sign. Make sure the essential terms are present.
How do you protect yourself when signing a contract?
Make sure that what you sign matches with what you were promised. If there are differences, refuse to sign until the changes have been made. Don't agree to sign the contract on the promise that the changes will be made after the fact. Only sign once everything is squared away as promised, and you are comfortable.
Do you have to sign a contract for it to be legally binding?
The answer is yes. It is important to be aware that when agreeing to a written contract, it does not need to be signed by both parties to be legally binding. This case highlights that even if a contract says it has to be signed to be binding, if it is unsigned it may still have a legally binding effect.
Can you be tricked into signing a contract?
Even if the contract appears to be binding and enforceable on its face, you may have relief through exceptions in your state's laws.
