The forms are easier to provide typed information into rather than trying to write it in and not having enough space. It's also easier to delete and correct mistakes rather than try using white-out with ink pen entry.

I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? I will be happy to do a survey in a month or two.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to Alice from support

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.
