Create or open the appointment or meeting that you want to make private. On the Meeting or Appointment tab, click Private. Save or send your meeting or appointment as usual. Any meeting attendees will be able to see the details of the meeting.
How do I hide my calendar events?
To hide or delete any calendar from your list, click Settings on the upper right (or press s) and click the Calendars tab. Then click Hide or click the trash can icon to the far right of the calendar that you want to suppress or zap, respectively.
Who can see private events on Google Calendar?
The three visibility settings are calendar default, public, and private. Calendar default is the privacy setting of your entire calendar, while public means that anyone your calendar is shared to can see your event and private means that only attendees may see your event.
How do I make an event private on my iPhone calendar?
Tap on the event to open it up. Tap on the edit icon in the top right corner. Scroll down to the bottom and turn the toggle for Private to On.
Can anyone see private appointments in Outlook?
Outlook allows you to mark appointments as private, but the term is a bit misleading because the interface will still display the appointment by subject in Calendar view. However, people standing nearby can see those items on your calendar, if they're close enough.
Can Outlook delegates see private appointments?
Your delegate won't see any meetings or appointments that you've created and marked as private. They'll just see that there is a private appointment. If you want them to see (and edit) your private appointments, switch on the Delegate can see my private items option.
Can others see my appointments in Outlook?
How others see your calendar. Other staff can view your calendar using Outlook 2016 or Outlook Web App. When other staff view your calendar they will see your availability (free/busy information). They won't see the details of your appointments unless you have shared your calendar with them.
