Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. Overall very easy to use, tools are easy to manage and it's great at converting PDF to Word.
It is a little expensive but other than that, no issues.
