I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. I have found forms through PDFfiller that I could not locate anywhere else--wonderful tool!
It's fairly intuitive, but there are some cumbersome issues related to printing--too many steps--could be simplified.

Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time.
Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents
I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

Nice application for editing. Takes a bit of getting used to but plenty of form filling options.

What do you like best?
That the application makes editing documents that can be difficult to edit in certain formats simple.

I dislike that there are some formats that this application cannot edit.

Solving the problem of editing time documents that get distorted in Google Docs or Microsoft. The benefit of being able to cut major time from editing projects by utilizing the many features.

Anytime I have requested online support, I have received immediate and very detailed attention to help guide me through any feature, tutorial, description even with the ability to share templates or files and have customer support advise on any possible questions. How do I move a footnote line?
Switch to Draft View and then click on Show Notes in the Footnotes section of the References tab of the ribbon and then from the dropdown in the Footnotes' header bar, select Footnote Separator and then with it selected, go to the Format Paragraph dialog and change the indent as required.
