I really like the fact rhat PDF filller allows me to work on very important PDF documents that I need to fill out but I still have trouble navigating these documents which is why I only gave 4 stars. Maybe with better instructiins...

My only two complaints are the price and the fact that if you only want one page out of a file with a lot of pages... it seems the only way to "quickly" do it is to go in and individually delete each unwanted page. Otherwise, it does most of what I want.

Good service. Can be a little difficult to line up the text in the correct spot. Would be good if you could easily move the text box up and down a little to line things up.

I find that using your program is easy to navigate and looks professional when completed. I find that using your program is rather easy to navigate. The only issue that I have had is when I try to print a document, there have been quite a few times that it will download to 63% and then gets stuck there. I have to close the document and try again....sometimes several times until I can print it. Besides that, it has been great!

You must sign the Affidavit and Claim form in front of a notary public or a court clerk. You may be able to get your documents notarized for a fee at your local bank. You do not have to pay a fee if you are signing in front of a court clerk. Furthermore, you must pay the filing fee when you file your Affidavit and Claim.
Michigan law does not require notaries to use an embossed seal or rubber stamp on a document. However, documents sent out of state may require an embossed notary seal.
All 50 states require public notaries to place their respective stamp on documents as a means to finalize and authenticate the service. Without this stamp, the document is not legally notarized. Placing the notary stamp over the signature may void the document, negating the notary's work.
The total number of notaries public currently commissioned in the State of Michigan is more than 113,000. A notary public is an officer appointed by the Michigan Secretary of State to attest to the authenticity of a person's signature, to administer oaths, and to witness acknowledgements.
Fees. The Michigan Notary Public Act provides that a notary public may charge up to $10.00 for performing a notarial act. Additional fees for travel may be negotiated between the notary and the client prior to the commencement of the travel. The oath and bond filing fee at the county level is $10.00.
Identify the individual either from personal knowledge or satisfactory evidence. Have the individual sign the document in your presence. Administer an oath if required. Complete the notarial certificate.
To have an affidavit notarized, contact a notary public and arrange to sign the affidavit in front of her. After she observes you signing the affidavit, she'll notarize the affidavit and affix her seal to it as required by your state's laws for notaries.
Legal offices usually have notaries, as do real estate offices, accountants, title offices and banks. Some government agencies also have notaries. Once you have found a notary public, take the affidavit along with photo identification to the notary's office.
