Naming of documents is not useful when trying to locate them at a later time. I have numerous Acord 25 forms for different entities and have to open each one to find the one I need.

I like PDF filler for quick fill in of… I like PDF filler for quick fill in of forms. One thing that isn't great is that it won't load certain docs that have had electronic signatures - I know it is to protect that doc but sometimes its a pain.

An Affidavit of Publication is a sworn, written statement made in the presence of a notary public or a person who is authorized to administer an oath, attesting that the publication took place on specified days.
A Certificate of Publication in NY is proof to the state that your LLC has met the Newspaper Publication Requirement to maintain authorization to do business in New York.
After the initial formation of an LLC, the New York LLC Law requires that notice of formation be published in two newspapers (one daily and one weekly) once a week for six consecutive weeks. ...
