Easy to use. Haven't found a form it couldn't handle. I had an issue recently where it would not allow me to save a copy of the completed form as a PDF on my computer. Weird. Otherwise 5 stars

I love the program. The smart folder...not a fan. Do not like that we have to "tag" them and I would prefer to just make and name my own folders and move PDF docs into them as I wish (like windows mail).

What do you like best?
Ability to use templates was the most helpful. I like PDF filler because I can encrypt and decrypt documents, merge PDF files, crop or rotate PDF pages. It's fairly easy to use but the interface isn't great.
What do you dislike?
The user interface is not intuitive for me. I liked all other features and don't have much bad to say. I'll continue to refer people.

I used the trial version of PDFfiller…
I used the trial version of PDFfiller for 30 days and it did exactly what I needed. I intended to cancel my subscription on day 30 before I was charged because at the moment I only needed it for one task. They charged me on day 30 but I emailed support and they immediately refunded my money with utmost courtesy. I will DEFINITELY use their product in the future and pay for a full subscription should I have further need for their product.Steve

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. this was very helpful making legal forms, a lot of options to navigate. I would definitely recommend this product to others.
The price is more than I would like to pay, so I probably will use temporarily but I'm sure I will return.

This is great. We don't have a printer and with the Covid shutdown, we can't just run to friends house to print like we used to. Using PDFfiller, We don't have to print at all, we just fill out the form online and send it off completed.
