Liking it so far. But when I'm using the eraser, line, or other tool, it automatically changes back to text add mode after saving the change I've made rather than staying with the eraser, line drawer, etc. If you did it this way b/c more users keep erasing, adding lines, highlights, etc when they intend to make only one change and start typing then nevermind. I would rather it stay with the eraser, highlighter, etc. and I'll switch back to adding text when I'm ready to do so. Hope that helps.

All good. However it would be nice to be able to move the type up and down when placed on the page rather than have to keep placing the type symbol in a spot where you think it will fit on the line.

easy software to use and afords most of the functions that I need
the ease of use and the price, availability of pdf acord forms on line, and ability to revise forms with the pdf fromat
does not have some of the functions that would make it even more useful to an insurance agent, i.e. the ability to attach emails and the ability to document conversations for reference and use of other team members

I spoke with Nathan who was very…kind
I spoke with Nathan who was very helpful and kind. I was charged 75$ from my account and was told pdffiller was the ones who charged me. Nathan did everything he could do to help me solve these charges and said he would get back with me as soon as I sent a screen shot of bull. Within minutes Nathan contacted me back and explained where the charges came from. He was more helpful than the ones who charged me . I wish everyone was as kind, respectful and helpful as Nathan was.

Let me start by saying I am an older (58), computer challenged kind of a guy. That said, I have found this program pretty easy to get around. I have been able to take a form my company uses and digitize it so I can actually read the responses people are giving me!! And to be able to store them electronically for future reference.

useful, easy, accessible, and most of all which is rare in these cases transparency ( love that you show days left of trial rather other free trials that sneakily start charging hoping you forget when trial ends and not respond)

What do you like best?
Easy to navigate, loads quickly. I usually don't have a lot of time in the field to wait for loading.
What do you dislike?
Once I was proficient in the navigation, I was good.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I get a fast turnaround on documents that need signed. I can also verify that the documents have been signed while out in the field.

I love the product
I love the product, however the one improvement I would like to see is the ability to combine documents into one or insert pages from a different document.

How do you write a contract letter?
Begin with the Date and the Address of the Other Party. Start with the Basic Details of the Planned Work. Include Special Stipulations. State Whether There Will be a Further Agreement. Create an Area for Signatures. Sign and Date the Contract Letter.
What are the 4 requirements for a valid contract?
For a contract to be valid, it must have four key elements: agreement, capacity, consideration, and intention.
What would be your top two considerations when selecting a type of contract to enter into?
The following are some factors to consider when selecting the type of contract: The uncertainty of the scope of work needed. The party assuming the risk of unexpected cost increases. The importance of meeting the scheduled milestone dates.
What factors should the contracting officer consider when selecting and negotiating contract type?
There are many factors that the contracting officer should consider in selecting and negotiating the contract type. They include the following: (a) Price competition. Normally, effective price competition results in realistic pricing, and a fixed-price contract is ordinarily in the Government's interest.
What should Contracting Officer's objective be when selecting contract type?
The objective is to negotiate a contract type and price (or estimated cost and fee) that will result in reasonable contractor risk and provide the contractor with the greatest incentive for efficient and economic performance.
What contract type puts the full performance risk on the contractor?
b. There are two fundamental types of contracts: Fixed-price and cost-reimbursement. Performance risk is higher for the U.S. Government under a firm fixed-price contract, while cost-reimbursable contracts place a higher cost risk on the U.S. Government.
What are the three contracting methods in the far?
The primary contracting methods used by the government are: micro-purchases. Simplified acquisition procedures. Sealed bidding. Contract by negotiations. And, consolidated purchasing programs, such as the use of GSA schedules, Government Wide Acquisition Contracts and other multiple award vehicles.
