Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. Navigation is simple, editing works well and have never had any issues.

Wish it was more affordable
Works great and seems to be the only app that put everything in the proper format for editing. My only complaint is that it isn't more affordable, especially for first year subscriptions I feel like there should be a discount so that you can truly decide if spending that much at once is worth it to you and your business needs.

How many custom fields can be created on an object?
In Unlimited edition we can create up to 500 fields per object. In professional edition we can create up to 100 custom fields per object.
How do you change the field type?
Access the field's properties page. Click Change Type. (If this link does not appear on the field's properties page, then the field type cannot be changed.) From the Select a field type dropdown, choose the new field type, and then click Change Type.
