I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly
I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly. Especially when beginning the use of this app and also know I sometime struggle to figure out how to print or upload my document I need to fill in my information to the document. But other than that I love that this app is out there!!!

Fast and effective response
When I contacted them through their Chat feature my problem was resolved there and then. Instant response, and then follow up emails to make sure everything was ok. This is how customer service should work but so often doesn't.
