The billing is bogus and felt dishonest, but customer service fixed my problems after an email. These save well as pdfs but not as docs. I think the service should be less expensive, given apps with similar functionality.

Great Product! I love this software; it has been invaluable. I have used it to fill out job applications, insurance, medical & school documents. I'll continue to use it. It is very easy to upload documents to this software. Editing is user-friendly even for those not technically savvy. I like that I have many options in saving or exporting my finished document. Also, I like that my previous documents are saved because there has been more than once that a document has been lost or needed again. I have been saved by the fact that PDF Filler has the previously used document saved. I have not found anything I really dislike about this software. I'll be honest in that I'm not crazy about the price but I have found this software so helpful I have been using it for over two years now. I've recommended it to several people. I did not rate the customer service because I have never used it. I guess the fact that I've been using this for over two years & never had a customer service issue speaks for itself.

PDF FIller was an answer to many questions. Our business is an industrial maintenance business. We have had to use PDF filler several times with applications and insurance documents. PDF filler made it easier. We liked how they explained everything we needed to know to fill in applications and other papers online without having to scan and download everything separately. I always thought it was my computer that was the problem, but with PDF filler, it doesn't matter what software is already on your laptop, you can work with any documents. Sometimes I would go duplicate a step in saving the document, but after a couple of documents, it was easy to figure out what I should do.

this is the best product I could find… this is the best product I could find for converting a pdf form into something fillable. I don't need to use this regularly so better if you offered a annual usage limit package- say 12 uses a year for $12.00- which seems fair and reasonable to you and the customer. Easy PDF PDF filler is undoubtedly among the best software I have used for manipulating PDF documents. Easy to use, it offers many features and is less expensive than other software competitors. The only real flaw in my opinion is the lack of clarity about the free trial. The user can modify his document and only when downloading it he is asked to register with a payment method. This can be confusing and irritating if you don't know it beforehand. easy to use accessible from anywhere includes many features there are often problems with payments there is no clarity on the 30-day free trial
