Basic PDF Editor I use it for PDFs for our Escrow files. We have clients sign docs and we can make changes to anything that they send us and then send to them to sign off on it It is easy and very good for a basic PDF editor. You can make simple changes and save it so it looks exactly like a PDF should. You can add and edit text, highlight, adjust sizing, etc. It is too basic but i understand that it is not Adobe. I wish I could edit the text that is in the PDF more easily to make it match and all look seamless

What do you like best? Ease of use, flexibility of tools and automatic saving. Full encompassing product, re-write, over test, add images, move fields, add e-signatures, and complete forms. All gets saved in a highly professional manner, and saved automatically to my own personal files. What do you dislike? Having to re-verify login each time I visit the site often with delay whilst an email arrives, sometimes have to click through multiple screens. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it, you'll be immediately hooked. On first use, give yourself 10mins to familiarise yourself with the product it is incredibly intuitive, easy to teach onesful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No Problems, benefits are to adjust and edit pdf documents with ease, adjust previously written words, add to them, over right, add images.

A Time Saver for Any Business who deals with PDFs Extremely satisfied. We had no idea how much time we were spending on PDF management prior to PDF Filler. A huge benefit for us when we discovered this tool. We work in a heavy regulatory environment, so the ability to edit and amend PDFs quickly and in a compliant manner is huge. The Tool is amazingly user friendly and a huge time saver. We'd like to see them expand to different document sets. As our business grows we anticipate additional unique document types. It does PDFs well but it limited.

Stamping of the Tenancy Document A tenancy agreement must be stamped within 30 days of execution. You can stamp a tenancy agreement via the Internet, by post or in person at the Stamp Office of the Inland Revenue Department. Both the landlord and tenant are liable to pay stamp duty.
The agreement should be printed on a Stamp paper of minimum value of Rs. 100 or 200/-. Stamp duty is 1% of the total rent plus deposit paid annually or Rs. 500/- whichever is lower.
The renting should be for either residential or commercial purpose. There should be a written agreement between the owner and tenant. The agreement should be printed on a Stamp paper of minimum value of Rs. Stamp duty is 1% of the total rent plus deposit paid annually or Rs.
A: The Stamp Duty on rental units is usually paid for by the tenant. A: The amount of Stamp Duty is calculated based on the total monthly rental amount and the duration of the rental. And the monthly rates are determined by either the market rental rate or the declared rental, whichever is higher.

A Tenancy Agreement should be duly stamped and stamp duty paid before the tenant and landlord sign it. However, that almost never happens in practice. So, a Tenancy Agreement can still be stamped without any penalty if: the stamp duty is paid within 14 days when the Tenancy Agreement is signed in Singapore.
Action can be taken by the landlord or the authorities against a tenant who doesn't pay the stamp duty on time or ignore paying it. If the tenant is late in paying the stamp duty within 3 months, he'll have to pay a $10 penalty or an amount equivalent to the stamp duty payable (whichever is greater).
