I was able to locate and complete 10 years worth of 1099-R's online quite easily. They looked very nice and the process was much better than trying to hand type them on a typewriter! Saving the forms in multiple formats will also come in handy in the future.

It is impossible of find the document I am seeking and all I am getting is a WASTE OF MY TIME!!! The website is incredibly difficult to navigate!!!!! I don't think I am getting much value for the money I spent to print just one document!!! After this horrible experience SUPPORT STAFF was able to assist me in accessing the necessary document and getting it filled out to me the deadline. SUPPORT STAFF is very knowledgeable and were able to resolve the problem quickly!!! Count me a happy customer!!!

What do you like best?
Changing things (like dates) on insurance forms helps us a great deal when the insurance information stays the same and only the date needs changed. (Accord forms). We don't have to completely retype an insurance renewal form. So Handy
What do you dislike?
I have helped a colleague in inputting his information on flyers that had someone else's and the eraser showed lines in the final product. I had to figure out what was going on and I figured out I could increase the eraser to remove items rather than going over it several times (like wite-out tape).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to make changes to documents that you do not want to retype over and over again, then this product is a handy tool. Also, for doing 'already-made-up-flyers' to use for yourself by adding your own information is great. I used to have to remake everything with Corel Draw. This is waaaaaaay easier!!

I had the wrong EIN number on a… I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

Kara was spectacular Kara was spectacular! I was having trouble merging 35 small PDFs into a single larger document. She walked me through all the steps, and I told her what I had done and where I had run into problems. When she could not find a solution for me that way, she offered to merge all the documents for me!!! I have been working on this family project for the last 12 months and this was the final step before I could get the finished document out to everyone. Now I can do that and put this phase of the project behind me! I salute you Kara!!!

Excellent customer service/IT I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. Public Housing — affordable apartments for low-income families, the elderly and persons with disabilities. To apply, contact a public housing agency. Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) — find your own place and use the voucher to pay for all or part of the rent. To apply, contact a public housing agency.
Find your local Public Housing Agency (PHA). Determine if you are eligible. Obtain an application for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program. Fill out and submit the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program application. Find out Waiting List status.
To apply for an emergency section 8 voucher, and to try to be given priority, call a local public housing authority in your town or county. The search bar at the top can be used to find one, or HUD has a customer support number at (800) 955-2232.
Time Frame for Section 8 Vouchers When a PHA issues a Section 8 voucher, the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) requires that the PHA give the assisted family at least 60 days to obtain housing. A PHA can extend the time it allots to a family on the basis of factors at its discretion.
To apply for Housing Choice Vouchers, contact a Public Housing Agency in your state. If you need more assistance, contact your local HUD office. You will need to fill out a written application or have a representative of your local PHA help you.
You may qualify for HUD housing if your income is below 80 percent of the median income for your city or county, but housing agencies must provide at least 75 percent of their funding to applicants with incomes at or below 30 percent of the area's median income.
A Section 8 application online or applications for low income housing are always free at your local housing authority if they are accepting applications. Section8programs.com has no affiliation with HUD, the government or your local Housing Authority.
