The service works well and is very convenient, however I was disappointed by the way I was able to complete an entire form but was not advised it was not free until the form was completed after spending a couple hours working on it. Since this is a pay service, the consumer should be advised immediately upon accessing any forms on an internet search. In order to preserve my work, I had no choice but to subscribe. Perhaps you should market a new service that charges by the document. I would have gladly paid for that up front. The service itself works very well.

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

Only downside is not having an autosave when working on a PDF and after being distracted by other people returning to the PDF to find you need to restart.

I have had several emergent documents sent to me in...
I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients. PDF filer has saved me an astronomical amount of time :)
