With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

Give the trial period a go, you’ll be fully exposed to the functionality of the site. Customer support is communicative and relatively fast. The site wasn’t a fit for my personal needs, but the things that it did do, it does well. Reasonably priced also if you find yourself constantly editing PDFs.

Might be signing up again because of the combine pdf feature you offer. Adobe couldn’t even combine my pdfs for whatever reason. I would need a slightly cheaper subscription then you offer.

Editing PDF files is so simple and easy with PDF Filler like using a Doc editor. I use it everytime to edit dates and sign documents, just sign on my device with my finger so every signature is different.
They could add a tool to increase the quality or resolution of scanned PDF files.
