Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

So far it is good. Convenient for forms that require signatures. No more printing, signing, scanning and converting to pdf a gain before mailing back.

Adobe should take notes from PDFFILLER
I like that it's web based which allows me to use it on any computer without having special software installed.
Nothing too bad but sometimes the converter feature would hang when I was converting large documents.

How do I change my lease terms?
Your landlord can change a rental agreement at any time during the term of the agreement, with or without your consent. Changes must be made with adequate notice. Notice periods are 30 days in most states. Changing a lease is harder because both parties must consent to almost any change.
Can you change the length of a lease?
Ideally, no party has the right to unilaterally change any of the important terms, such as the rental payment, the length of the lease period, or any of the fees. Therefore, both parties will normally need to draw up a lease amendment agreement and sign it.
Can you change a 12-month lease to 6 months?
A tenant is free to try to persuade a landlord to alter the terms of a lease agreement (such as reducing the term from 12 to six months). However, the tenant has no legal right to demand that the landlord agree to such a change. However, the tenant has no legal right to demand that the landlord agree to such a change.
How do you modify a lease?
To edit a lease: Click on the lease you want to edit. From the lease summary page, click Edit unit. In the edit panel, you can choose to edit the lease type and change lease dates. If you change the lease end date, you can also select the option to prorate last month's rent.
Can you change apartment lease after signing?
There is no flip of the switch for backing out of a lease after signing. The best course of action is to clearly communicate to the landlord why you're considering backing out of a lease after signing. There are certain considerations that a landlord may ask for a higher rent for (like a shorter lease), but that's why it's a negotiation. It's rare that you can convince a landlord to give you every consideration that you'd like, but you can get negotiate for those that are particularly important to you.
What happens after 1-year lease is up?
After a standard one-year lease, most landlords will either let the lease expire, in which case it will default to a month to month rental agreement or have their tenant sign another lease. If you have great tenants, tell them you'll keep the same rent, but you want them to sign another one or two-year lease.
When your apartment lease is up what happens?
When a fixed term lease expires, a tenant can continue occupying the premises if the landlord agrees. This is called 'holding over' or 'over holding'. Most commercial and retail leases will contain a clause which refers to what happens if a tenant remains on the premises after the term ends.
