I took away one star because this is not an intuitive program at all. I have spent hours trying to figure out very simple tasks but once I figured it out it everything went very smothly.

Provided ease by timely consistence and effortless interface in preparing & modifying quality forms.
Ease of use. From downloading to modifying. Short learning curve. Provided easy solution to modifying old forms by scanning/uploading and easy modification.
From what little I used it to create new forms, more flexibility would have been nice for import and modifying images. But since I rarely used this program for creation I may not have explored the features properly.

What is a redacted transcript?
A redaction is applied when confidential information that appears within transcript text needs to be removed. The redaction tool allows you to select and highlight text within the transcript that contains sensitive information. The redaction appears transparent until printed.
How do you redact a legal document?
Go through the document and mark all confidential words and/or phrases for redaction. You can mark for redaction by going to Tools Mark for Redaction.
You will then need to create and save a copy of the newly redacted version in one of three formats: WordPerfect, Word, or PDF.
