Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). First time it seemed complicated. Not sure, but probably it will be good if you will have a manual, guide book or whatever to help me understand all possibilities.

As a freelance worker, I must use papers for completing contracts, bills and etc.

PDFfiller Review
In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is.
Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

It was easy to use and did want i needed to do. However, we starting I selected monthly only to discover it is charging me annually after registering. I didn't like that. Kind of expensive at that rate.

They responded to my request for chat support quickly. When on line they worked to get me what I needed. My need was fulfilled satisfactorily, even though it took quite some time. My lack of knowledge may have contributed to the length of time for the matter to be resolved. All agents were prompt.
