I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. PDFfiller is a good value application for PDF file editing, filling and file management. My limited use of the application so far leaves a lot of its functionality to be discovered. However, it is very user friendly and simple to work with.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

It is really good, I hate forms, who doesn't but this made the chances of my cat getting kicked much smaller.

I work with a lot of county documents that are locked for editing. PDFFiller makes it is so I can mark up and edit. This give me the ability to highlight and do take-offs with in the pdf. Thanks!

What do you like best?
It is so easy to learn how to use the app I am not strong on a computer but this made me look like a pro.

Having to answer something I have not found yet everything has worked great

Erase and retype over words has been a great help. Its quick and Easy to use.

The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

I had an issue with the automatic renewal of my subscription smack in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I have already been in quarantine for the past 4 weeks and cannot use the services of PDFfiller.
I got in touch with the company and I immediately received a response from Anna who refunded the draft and cancelled my subscription.
Because of the swift attention paid to my concerns, and the professional way in which it was handled, PDFfiller has earned my endorsement.

To Reedit Data Documents in Box and import documents to your account, click Add New on the DOCS page. Choose Box. You can upload a PDF, DOC, PPT, TEXT, or JPEG file.
If you’re not signed in, click Connect to Box
Select the documents you want to upload to pdfFiller and click Upload Selected.
Your documents are now imported into pdfFiller. You can find them in the Documents folder.
