How do you insert high quality images in Word?
Start by opening a blank Word document. Select Insert > Picture, navigate to an image folder, choose an appropriate image (select a 300-dpi image that's over 2 MB), then click Insert. Note the file size of your original file. The original image we're using is 6.85 MB.
How can I make my OCR more accurate?

How accurate is OCR?
Obviously, the accuracy of the conversion is important, and most OCR software provides 98 to 99 percent accuracy, measured at the page level. This means that in a page of 1,000 characters, 980 to 990 characters will be accurate. In most cases, this level of accuracy is acceptable.
How is OCR accuracy measured?
Measuring OCR accuracy is done by taking the output of an OCR run for an image and comparing it to the original version of the same text.
