Kara was spectacular
Kara was spectacular! I was having trouble merging 35 small PDFs into a single larger document. She walked me through all the steps, and I told her what I had done and where I had run into problems. When she could not find a solution for me that way, she offered to merge all the documents for me!!! I have been working on this family project for the last 12 months and this was the final step before I could get the finished document out to everyone. Now I can do that and put this phase of the project behind me! I salute you Kara!!!

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished.
During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.

Communication & follow through on point.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it.
I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month.
Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you very much.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

How do I remove unnecessary data from a PDF
Go to the File tab and choose the Properties Description option. You can then view the metadata of the PDF document. To edit or delete metadata on PDF, select the information that you want to delete. Using the Backspace or Delete key on the keyboard, you can easily remove the metadata information.
How do I remove metadata from multiple files
Windows: How to Easily Remove Metadata from Files via File... Go to File Explorer. Select one or more files in Windows Explorer. Right-click select Properties from the contextual menu. Go to the Details tab click Remove Properties and Personal Information to open the Remove Properties dialog.
