Locate the PDF on your computer. Right click on it and click Open With then choose Google Chrome. Once Google Chrome has loaded, enter the password for the PDF. Next, right-click on the PDF and select Print. You will now have the option to choose where to save the PDF. The PDF no longer has password protection.
Under “Privacy and security,” click Site settings. Near the bottom, click PDF documents. Turn off Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.
