Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

How can I open a password-protected PDF file?
Right-click the PDF file to choose “Open with” > “Google Docs,” then it will prompt a window to ask for the permission password. So enter the correct password in the new window.
How do I unsecure a secured PDF without password?
Open the PDF document using Google Chrome.
Click the Print button present on the left side.
Now, click the Change button present under the destination.
Under the local destination section, click the Save as PDF option.
