I ended up not using there service but felt the need to write about my experience. I had a complex need that was nearly impossible to get. I signed up for a subscription and found out later my demand couldn’t be done. Their service team granted a refund quickly without the usual hoops to jump through. Fill in the Blank Love what this has done for making my job so much easier at a very reasonable rate. For my business this was and is the best tool I have for putting together insurance reports. Build or scan in a template and fill in the blanks when you need to send a report out. BAHM! DONE! Probably something I have not spent enough time to figure out yet but as of now each time I fill in a blank template it auto saves it so my original always has to be cleared before new entry.

Enjoyable and functional. Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out. That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

Top quality all round Only used the free trial for a specific task needed at the time and pdfFiller offered everything I asked for, unlike other services I tried. Very straightforward and accessible. Fast forward a month and I’ve forgot to unsubscribe. I see an email saying $180 dollars has been paid out. Of course, it was agreed upon, the yearly subscription follows the free trial. But I didn’t want the subscription, I hadn’t used it since the first day. And to be clear it was not for a lack of quality but rather a lack of necessity. But all I had to do was email the support team and even on a Sunday their responses were immediate, clear and thoughtful. I explained the situation, they saw my predicament and even though I was at fault, they did not hesitate to cancel my subscription and repay me in full.
