I used the program and was happy with the software and results. However, due to my own oversight I inadvertently made an annual purchase which I would not be in need of. I noted this in my comments when rating the app. To my surprise and complete satisfaction the service team provided me a credit. They went over and above in addressing my frustration. Learning that I can make my PDF documments fillable using PDFfiller is truly wonderful and will save me a lot of time not having to fill in forms by hand and making copies. Instead they can be filled on line, individually named and saved to a designated folder on my computer. AWESOME!!!!

I found it a bit difficult to navigate text changes and then the printed format is not the correct size needed for the IRS. I had to spend time reopening on desktop to make changes and print.

Everything is working
I checked out their pdf software, it's truly great, I liked it and I was ready to buy a year subscription, but all these bad reviews on line about this company made me nervous. However I signed up and now I am pleased to work with it

Super User Friendly and Wonderful Service
Made signing in and using the service very easy. PDFFiller helped me fill in my PDF with ease. Their service department was extraordinarily helpful, too.

I had a great experience with PDF filler. Their customer service is amazing. I had an issue, my subscription didn't get cancelled, it was resolved within thirty minutes and I had a refund in my account! When I need to get PDF software, I know where to go. Thank you!!
