I completed the first PDF form and it was a little tough maneuvering through the documents, savings. It was a little disingenuous to wait until I was finished to document to find out that I would be billed annually as apposed to monthly, when the advertising gave the amount payable monthly.

I like that I can find most of the forms I need bit it is very difficult, at least for me to align some of my typing to the actual corresponding lines. (eg): pleading paper. Im sure there is a way but i haven't learned the whole program yet

What do you like best? The editing module is effortless! The tools available allow us to edit, rearrange and create whatever final version we want. It's very easy to use and makes editing quick. Time is so important and PDF Filler allows us to focus on the work that matters vs. spending countless hours editing documents. What do you dislike? I would like to have a media or image folder that we can get to without being in edit mode. Connecting team members is not easy and not straightforward - it would be great to have more control over this. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? PDF filler replaced Adobe. Adobe had so many glitches and didn't allow us to edit all documents. Now, PDF Filler gives us the ability to get our work done and quickly!

What do you like best? How easy it is to access all documents and edit previous documents What do you dislike? I wish there were more tools to help edit, such as cropping a document or resizing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It usually takes a while or is difficult to edit a document, but with PdfFiller, it's easier and faster. What if I have more questions?

If the receiver of goods has already taken action on the invoices i.e. accepted or modified, the taxpayer cannot amend those invoices. These invoices will not be available for amendment.
After an invoice is posted to the general ledger, you might need to make an adjustment to an invoice to: Cancel the invoice (for example, if you found a duplicate invoice and you want to remove the duplicate) Write off to bad debt (if the customer has refused to pay or has filed bankruptcy) Provide a discount.
Missing Information: the invoice must contain all necessary information such as date of issue, invoice number, description of goods or services, price details, VAT and more. If any of this information is missing, the invoice may be considered invalid.
Whether a manually created ad-hoc invoice, or an invoice that was generated automatically by the system, you can't edit an open invoice. If you need to correct an open invoice, you can Void or Credit the invoice, then create a new ad-hoc invoice with the updated information.
Changing invoices that have already been issued If you would like to change the original amount issued on the invoice, you'll need to issue a credit note. This occurs in cases where you forgot to include a discount, or you need to issue a refund to someone for damaged goods.
If you need to adjust the total amount up or down, you can issue a separate credit note in lieu of an amended invoice. To correct additional details like date, address, or product details, you must submit a fresh invoice, ensuring that it comes with a unique invoice number to reflect the change.
No matter how careful you are when invoicing, mistakes can happen. A customer's address may be typed wrongly, a discount may not have been applied, or the items themselves may be incorrect. Once sent, you can no longer edit the invoice directly, and a credit note must be issued instead.
In general, it is possible to amend an invoice in situations where a business made an error or the invoice is missing certain information. Invoices that have not been sent to a client should simply be amended and reviewed again before being sent.
