What do you like best?
I utilize the feature for certificates of insurance. It’s very nice to have the mobile app to be able to use that when I’m on the go .
What do you dislike?
The way it saves documents or re-saves them or use as a template is very confusing . And not all of the options on the desktop version are also available on the mobile version .

A good product A good product. You'll have to sign up for the service if you want to save your doc, but they have a free thirty day trial, so it's not so bad. Allows you to edit documents in a relatively user-friendly and intuitive way. No real complaints, but it also didn't blow my socks off or anything, so 4/5.

Thank you so much for the super prompt reply! I had somehow removed the date stamp from my digital signature and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Turns out it was a pretty simple fix (doh!). Kara responded super fast to my cry for help. She provided written instructions as well as a screenshot (very helpful!). My date stamp is back on. :)

Accounting I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. the erase feature should be slightly… the erase feature should be slightly work on, like we being able to completely erase elements and not just shading it with colors.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed. I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature. I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.

I had a problem with PDFfiller and sent… I had a problem with PDFfiller and sent a mail to support. They replied within an hour or so, really excellent service. I live in South Africa where government support is poor at best. I downloaded the form, filled it in online and printed it without the slightest hitch - it just works!Roland, Johannesburg.
