I wish it would edit pictures so I can erase and/or add text; it is not very accurate in determining the the input areas on forms; it changes the font on some .pdfs that are uploaded.

Good utility but service was even better I used this a couple of times. It was good, but other than that specific task I had no use of it, I let the trial run out and a week after I was charged and they were gracious enough to give me a refund and cancel the subscription with no fuss. Happy with PDFfiller! PDFfiller makes the documents that individuals within my company need to use frequently, more readily available, an improved option to frequently having to make copies before working with clients. I really appreciate the functionality and ease of use for the product. The fact that it is possible to create a fillable PDF, to be used by multiple people or times. Uploading documents is extremely easy and the layout on the website makes all features easy to find. My absolute favorite thing is that you can sign things by singing from your phone, or saving a signature that you already have saved. My only frustration is that if you download a fillable PDF, even when saving it will a different name, you can't print it with the content. I have found that I have to import the document and then print directly from the website, yet when uploaded the document makes the typed font smaller. Another tricky thing is that if you want to create a fillable PDF you must meticulously go through the document to check and highlight anything that you want to be able to fill information.

At work, I use ABBY and it is very effective. I didn't think to get that before I chose this. I was searching quickly, but am ok with it. I would to redact in groups by typing the first few characters.

Make sure the document has a space for the notary to sign and place their seal. This is usually near the end of the document or near the place where you will sign. The seal and signature of the notary public serves as an authenticating mark.
The notary public must affix his or her notary seal near his or her notary signature within the borders of the notarial certificate.
The notary must know and follow state notary laws. Usually the stamp or seal is placed near the notary signature. The stamp or seal should not interfere with reading anything on the document.
To destroy a self-inking notary stamp, put the stamp case upside-down on a non-slippery surface and push down on the case to expose the stamp surface. Carefully peel the rubber impression pad away from its base. Cut up the pad with a pair of scissors.
On some documents, especially diplomas and transcripts, the embossed seal is placed near the bottom right-hand corner. Over the years, I've seen numbers of notarized documents where the notary used an embosser and stamped over their signature, which made the signature and the embossed seal hard to read.
Notary Stamp: Notary seal stamps are inked rubber stamps that imprint state required information usually the Notary Public's name, state of commission and date of commission expiration. Some states still require a raised embossed seal, but embossers are more commonly used in conjunction with the inked rubber stamp.
