Excellent program! This service has brought back the professional ability to complete online forms in a typewritten format, as opposed to handwriting. I felt very mislead, I entered a lot of info onto a form and was only told when I tried to print there was a charge. There was a monthly charge shown but when I selected the monthly option the cost suddenly shot up

originally i was dissatisfied with paying $20 to learn how to use the system and still did not get any benefit. Then customer service reached out to me to provide assistance and work on a solution. I am still learning how to effectively use it but am happy for their willingness to help.

I think it has all the features that other pdf signing software offers and it's well priced! I use it on a regular basis for all my pdf signing needs.

Great program and awesome customer service
This program did above and beyond what I needed to accomplish for my pdf files that I needed to urgently edit. Signed up for the free trial and had no issues cancelling the subscription service when contacting the customer service for assistance. Should my work orientate around paper work and documents, I would most definitely pay for this service with peace of mind knowing that this service values it's customers.

I loved this software and features. However it's just out of my budget right now. It would be helpful if there was a monthly subscription or payment plan. Instead of $96 all at once there should be an option to pay a monthly fee of $8.
