I filled in IRS 990, Schedules A & O but didn't know I was using PDFfiller and when I tried to print I found I was locked out, so I had to subscribe and still have filled our forms that are locked out. Need timely hep in unlocking these documents. Since this experience and subscribing to PDFfiller (annual Suscrition) I have found it works very well. I contract for a Jazz club's 5 venues sites and have to fill out two cities' forms that I found easy to get using PDFfiller. I also became the treasurer of the Jazz Club again and had to bring out IRS 990s up to dat--non-profit. Again fond using PDFfiller to get fillable forms easy, better than going to IRI.gov.

Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

Definitely Useful
As I mentioned, it makes the mailing process much more efficient.
PDFiller allows you to create and mail PDFs easily, saving you the hassle of getting an envelope, purchasing a stamp, maybe having to go to the post office, etc. For me that has been its greatest strength. The PDF customization interface isn't bad, but it's not immediately usable. It takes a little bit of time to learn how to use it effectively.
Right off the bat: I would not recommend this software to someone who isn't tech savvy or doesn't want a bit of a learning curve, for example, employers I've had in their 50s, 60s, and 70s who don't really "get" technology. The interface is fine if you just want to sign a document, but is not particularly intuitive when it comes to doing simple things like outright deleting portions of text. Too many steps.

The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. I tried the software and then cancelled it. For me it was too challenging to use. However they still charged my account for a year up front. I didn't authorize that. I called and requested a refund and they gave one right away, so they said. It was just today I requested a refund so I will check my account in a few days to see if they actually sent it. If you don't see a complaint from me here on Trust Pilot then PDFFiller honored my request. My name is MarioV.
