Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

I love this PDF editor. Two questions: 1. Do you have an off-line version? 2. Do you have a function to edit existing text instead of erasing the text?

First time using PDFfiller directions not simple enough for me took me 30 minutes to figure out how to modify some spelling I ask for help no immediate response 3 hours late turn in paper missed spelled

I use the program infrequently in my present roll, so was surprised by the page lay-out change. It was a bit more difficult to simply pick it up and understand the new format.

I use PDFfiller for city and county land-use applications. Having the ability to complete these varying forms simply, and have them stored for future use is invaluable!

AS OF THIS DAY PDFFILLER IS THE ONLY PLATFORM THAT SEEMS TO DO IT ALL IN A VERY SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD APROACH WITH A LAYOUT FOR THE FIND AND CLICK END USERS. I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.
