What do you like best?
We use the sign now feature the most and it is very helpful to be able to edit forms.
What do you dislike?
Maybe add a feature to also compress files and work with a scanner; so we can scan documents right into the software.

I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. PDF Filler is a great tool for me and my business. However, more fonts would be nice rather than the few that are available, around 10 or so. Also, if I can use art as a watermark instead of just script, that would be amazing. Otherwise, PDFFiller gets the job well done.

Great customer service and solid product.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves my time.
Works very well in filling PDFs. Typing, checking boxes (using the checkmark or "x" feature), filling out tables, etc. Saving and editing again works well, though it isn't entirely intuitive the first time.
Customer service was absolutely awesome! I realized, after signing up for a paid subscription, that I no longer needed the service. I cancelled online (or THOUGHT I did), but I must've had a glitch. When I got billed, I called and they issued me a refund no questions asked and zero hassle.
Customer service was incredibly helpful. Product was great for filling out multiple long pdfs that only had slight variations (saved a copy and changed only the fields that I needed). Easy to use and quick to learn.
I cancelled my subscription only because I realized I wouldn't be using it enough to justify the cost. Life changes!
