It can be irritating. There are capabilities in the software that are not immediately obvious. You have to discover them without assistance. e.g. How to reduce font size where that is available.

Great. Still getting used to it though. But is very helpful indeed. When I paid for this it cost $120 but my credit card was deducted $170. I am still waiting for a response please and a refund

Love the product, but would like a better digital signature section . . . Right now the email client/messaging is a little clumsy and customers are not able to properly sign and return docs digitally. They are too often still having to scan. Thanks.

EXCELLENT Customer Service I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! My printing is horrible. This allow me to fill out legal forms without having to do them over and over. I will say getting the cursor right where you needed it was difficult.

Easy to use. I have to STUDY the layout to find what I want. We are not power users of this product. The webinar might help. The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.

A warranty is a guarantee that a company will replace or fix a defective item it sells to a customer. Divide the amount of your actual warranty claims in the most recent year by your total sales in the same year to calculate your warranty claims as a percentage of sales.

Definition: Warranty expense is the cost associated with a vendor or manufacturer's commitment to repair or replace a product, should it not perform as intended during a specified period of time. In other words, it's the cost of repairing or replacing defective products after they have been sold to customers.
The costs associated with a manufacturer's product warranty are part of its selling expenses and therefore part of its SGA expenses. If the future costs of the warranty coverage are probable and can be estimated, they are recorded at the time of the sale.
If the company can reasonably estimate the amount of warranty claims likely to arise under the policy, it should accrue an expense that reflects the cost of these anticipated claims. If the amount of warranty expense recorded is significant, expect the company's auditors to investigate it.
Accrue the warranty expense with a debit to the warranty expense account and a credit to the warranty liability account. As actual warranty claims are received, debit the warranty liability account and credit the inventory account for the cost of the replacement parts and products sent to customers.
Warranty Expense Recognition While recording the event in the financial statements, the company will debit (charge) the warranty expense account and credit (report) a liability account when the product is sold to a client.
