Speedy and excellent customer service
I had a trial/billing issue and sent an email to their support email address. It was around midnight when I sent my email so I didn't think I would hear anything back from them until later that day during business hours. Not only did I hear back from them with an email almost immediately that night, but their representative resolved my issue right then and there. Superb customer service!

PDFfiller!
This software overall is really well done. I prefer to use it when compared to other PDF filling software. It is also free, which is even better.
This software does all the hard work for you. It recognizes each possible area for text, and understand if there is an area for a diagram/picture/drawing instead. This software gives you multiple different ways to input your signature as well, which is always something I look for when it comes to similar software. Grammarly also works moderately well with this software, if that is something you use.
PDFfiller looks very busy. Even though it is relatively easy to use, it can seem daunting when you first start using this software.

Have been utilizing PDF Filler on my last 3 temp assignments and now purchased a 1 year subscription and the benefits are awesome except the price for the subscription is too high for someone that only uses this software weekly or biweekly!
being able to type into PDFs, upload easily, fax directly from my computer and send to sign feature. Have been utilizing PDF Filler on my last 3 temp assignments and now purchased a 1 year subscription. I also like the black out feature and the way the software notifies you when someone opens your emailed over or faxed documents.
The Price is way too much since i dont use it everyday like real software. Also, i bought a subscription and to use the advance features i have to pay more which is ridiculous since i already paid.

This is because a home service agreement, contract or warranty covers only the cost of repairs or replacement of home systems or appliances. That said, a home warranty will most likely cover your garage door opener.

American Home Shield® offers a Home Warranty Plan that provides budget protection for covered malfunctions of your garage door opener. When your garage door opener falters you need a professional to diagnose the problem and complete the repair.
Is American Home Shield warranty worth it?
While yearly fees do vary by plan, on average, Choice Home Warranty costs $450 and American Home Shield costs $600. American Home Shield also provides the option to pay a higher service call fee (between $100 and $125 per visit) in exchange for a lower annual cost, while Choice Home Warranty has an overall lower cost.
Does American Home Shield cover plumbing issues?
An American Home Shield® plan covers the costs of repairing or replacing more than 20 major appliances and home systems, including plumbing. There are flexible plans that allow you to choose the best fit for your family's needs, and you can even build your own custom plan, so you have the exact coverage you want.
Does American Home Shield cover gas fireplaces?
While AHS covers many items in your home, we do not cover everything. Examples of items not covered under any plan are: wood stoves, fireplaces and chimneys. Electrical breakdowns such as power failures, surges or circuit overload. Refer to your Agreement for specific coverage.

Does AHS cover garage door?
AHS offers three home warranty plans that include garage door opener coverage. Each plan includes expansive coverage for your garage door opener, in addition to other systems and appliances in your house. This plan also covers other appliances like your oven, built-in microwave oven, trash compactor and more.
What does a seller's home warranty cover?
Generally, a basic home warranty covers systems including heating and cooling, plumbing and electrical, and appliances such as water heater, dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal and a built-in microwave oven.
