I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. When I contacted the company, I received a prompt and thorough response. I wasn’t hassled or blamed; instead, I felt understood and supported. PDF filler works better than the pdf editor app that is installed on my computer with Microsoft and Windows 11. I haven't tried all the features available yet, but so far I like the program.
