I was please to see that I could edit my spreadsheet. I would suggest that once a work or set of numbers are highlighted that the program automatically is able to identify the font and size of the writing. Otherwise I was very pleased.

What is the meaning of corporate bylaws?
The bylaws are the regulations of a corporation. They contain the basic rules for the conduct of the corporation's business and affairs.
What is the difference between amending and revising bylaws?
Members should understand that a revision completely replaces the current bylaws. If the revision is rejected, no changes occur. If members appreciate certain aspects of the revision but reject it, they can propose the liked sections as amendments to the existing bylaws.
How do you amend bylaws in Robert's Rules?
Our bylaws state that the Board may adopt, repeal or amend bylaws unless doing so would materially and adversely affect the active members rights as to voting or transfer. And without approval of the members the board may not adopt, amend or repeal and bylaws that would increase or extend the terms of Directors.
What is the difference between amend and correction?
A correction is the process of changing incorrect information on the birth or death certificate, like misspelled names. Amendments are changes to the information itself. Examples are adding fathers, legal name changes, adding information missing from original document, etc.
