Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. I edit PDF documents quickly
It's software is quite intuitive. It is easy to handle. To fill out forms is great. Also to add the signatures to the documents
Once I wrote to technical support and I'm still waiting for an answer. It's the only negative I can say. In the end I solved the problem I had in another way

Kara to the rescue
I received a email today say my PdfFiller was paid! I cancelled that subscription July 2020 but it wasn’t received and I panicked!! Kara took care of cancelling the subscription and got me refunded immediately! She was a lifesaver!! Thanks PdfFiller and Kara!!

What do you like best?
I love that you can store your signature in the program. Also much more professional look over using a pen to fill forms.
What do you dislike?
The extra level of security when logging in slows you down a little. Its probably actually a good thing as your forms are stored in the system
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried to figure out ways to fill pdfs without signing on to this system, it was a foolish waste of time. I am not the type of person that signs on to programs like this, I always felt like they were scams. I am so very happy with this program, I wish that I had signed up for this much sooner. I am not even using all of the features of this program and Its totally worth every cent!

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.
