Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

I really appreciate being able to search for and work with the documents you have on the database. Being able to work In Pro Per with these documents really allows me to file legal documents with ease.

I really appreciate how streamlined and easy it is to fill out tax docs! Makes it so much more hassle free. My only issue is that it's a 100% free service, as I wish this was something the IRS did a long time ago.

Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. *** replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

I'm liking it so far. I have about 20 forms to send to each client. it would be great if I could send all 20 in one file. or down load the link to each on on my website.
