It has made work much easier. In the legal field we deal with a ridiculous amount of documents. Many IRS and government forms require some PDF filler, Adobe Acrobat does not do the job PDF filler can. To be able to access my docs from anywhere is amazing. Works smoothly and easy to use. Customer support tried to help with a "glitch" I have still not resolved. Works on my iPad perfectly but pull my docs up on desktop just sits there thinking to no end. I've just used on iPad soley since problem came up.

PDFfiller!
This software overall is really well done. I prefer to use it when compared to other PDF filling software. It is also free, which is even better.
This software does all the hard work for you. It recognizes each possible area for text, and understand if there is an area for a diagram/picture/drawing instead. This software gives you multiple different ways to input your signature as well, which is always something I look for when it comes to similar software. Grammarly also works moderately well with this software, if that is something you use.
PDFfiller looks very busy. Even though it is relatively easy to use, it can seem daunting when you first start using this software.

If there is a way to add your logo I could not find it... then again I didn't look either so...this might not be accurate.
So easy to use. extremely user-friendly. The benefits are that you get to create any type of form you need and customize it to fit your needs. You cannot ask for anything better than that.

Really came through for me when I was charged a subscription fee. Being a small business owner, things get hectic. I had used it for my taxes and meant to cancel it but forgot. They cancelled my subscription and refunded the fee with no questions asked. Too bad it really wasn't a good fit for my business."

What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.
