It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. I preveiously gave the program a low rating before technicians showed me that my problem was user error. I find PDFfiller a great addition to my daily work. I can fill the forms in and also go back and edit. Love it!

Very easy to navigate and use
Very easy to navigate and use. The plan is very much worth it if you plan to use and print a lot of documents. I would highly recommend using PDF filler for all of your personal and legal documents.

cancelled as a gesture of goodwill
I downloaded the software and although it has a lot of good features, I didn't really need it. I thought I had cancelled right then, but I haven't found any more mail from me. Now the annual amount has been debited and I have contacted their support. After I explained that I didn't actually use the software, the subscription contract was subsequently and I was refunded the amount.

What do you like best?
I personally like using PdfFiller over other programs like Adobe to edit my documents because the site is more user friendly. I can do everything I need to quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was an option to combine documents. You can delete pages but not upload new ones.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to use Docusign to add digital signatures but now I used pdfFiller instead. It's great for adding quick signatures on internal documents without the waste of printing and hand signing forms as I did prior.
