Does USPS give refunds?
If your Priority Mail Express tailpiece is not delivered by the guaranteed time, you can request a refund at USPS.com. Refunds will no longer be processed at Post Office locations.
Can I get a refund on USPS shipping?
Getting a USPS shipping label refund. You can request a refund to 30 days from the date on which you first printed a shipping label. When you request a refund for USPS shipping labels, the postage amount is credited to your postage balance. You can request a refund from the shipping label's record on the History screen
Can I get a refund on priority mail?
If your Priority Mail Express tailpiece is not delivered by the guaranteed time, you can request a refund at USPS.com. Refunds will no longer be processed at Post Office locations.
Can I get a refund from the post office?
If you cannot request a refund on USPS.com, take your proof documents to the Post Office where you paid for the service. These service refunds can be requested online: USPS Tracking® for USPS Marketing Mail
Is there any way to cancel a USPS shipment?
If the value of the shipment is low then you simply send the package back to the sender where it may or may not be accounted for properly. Once the shipment has been entered into the USPS system and dropped off at the post office it will be almost impossible to actually cancel the shipment.

The quickest way to get a refund is to submit a request online or simply take your customer copy of the Priority Mail Express® label to your local Post Office and complete a PS Form 3533, Application and Voucher for Refund of Postage and Fees. Once verified, your refund will be paid by cash or a no-fee money order.
